About me

I love exploring and adventure- these are two of the biggest reasons why I love working with children! They're always curious and love to learn new things, something I still greatly value, even as an adult. I've worked with children my whole life and I enjoy the upbeat and creative atmosphere they fuel. Not only do I have experience as a babysitter and nanny, but I have also coached gymnastics and soccer, worked as a camp counselor, as a teacher and literacy coach and as a mentor.

You will find that I am very organized and responsible, so you can count on me to keep even the most complicated schedules in order and be on time wherever I am needed (I bike pretty much everywhere, so no need to worry about delayed trains). I'm a quick learner and will respect your preferred style of parenting, am sensitive to all dietary needs/requests and will encourage whatever educational or active programs you want for your children.

I love to travel and meet new people, I have visited more than 25 countries and have lived on four different continents. This fall, I will begin a Master's of Public Health at Columbia University, focusing on Health Policy and Management and Global Health. I love to work in different communities to promote healthy lifestyles and enable people to become knowledgeable of and gain access to resources which will improve their health. I plan to dedicate my career to improving conditions for children around the world and would love to work for UNICEF in the future.
