About me

Both of my parents are one out of 13 kids! So I have a lot of cousins, and family members that I haven’t even met yet, but somehow I was always designated to be the babysitter. From a young age, I would be watching over kids my age and changing diapers, because I was always trusted as the responsible one. Whether it was watching over cousins or neighborhood kids, I have always provided services as a babysitter.

Since a young age, I found myself interested in child care services, whether it was being a camp counselor at a science camp or working as teacher’s aide at a summer school program. I have worked with children in all stages of development from infancy through young adulthood, and found great joy and satisfaction in all of it. I have also served as a professional tutor for over five years tutoring children from K-12th grade in subjects that include Math, English, and Spanish.

I graduated with a degree in theatre with a performing arts emphasis at San Francisco State University with Magna Cum Laude Honors. I moved from the Bay Area to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. I also love dancing, as I currently take ballet classes and have been dancing for seventeen years. My passions include acting, dancing, education, and cooking.

When working with children, I create a secure, structured environment and itinerary, while still being flexible for creative fun. I love to take the time to read and to work on any subjects that they may be having trouble in at school. I also enjoy incorporating arts and crafts, playing board games, outdoor activities, exploring the city, and going to museums where kids can enjoy.
