About me

I grew up in a small town in Idaho. Having over 80 cousins gave me an immense opportunity to babysit throughout my life. I quickly realized my love for working with children. Even on a hard day, they bring such a brightness and an innocence with their incredible perspective on life.

Almost every job I have had in my working career has involved some form of childcare, which has given me a great amount of experience working with children of all ages and needs. I have taken on several different types of positions, working as a childcare provider, a teacher, a therapy technician, and a party hostess. This has given me the opportunity to experience many unique situations and face several challenges. I have learned a great deal from these experiences and I am content to say that I was able to think quickly, stay calm, and handle each one in an appropriate way.

I have a background in musical theatre and have taught dance and voice lessons to children ages 14 months to 15 years old for over 10 years. I enjoy music and dance and tend to bring that joy into my babysitting with lullabies, different styles of music, and the occasional dance party.

It takes a strong trust in someone to invite them into your home and to watch your children and I am certain that I am and will continue to be reliable, respectful and kind as I get to know you and your children.
