About me

I'm an actress and babysitter living in New York. I graduated NYU Tisch (in 2.5 years) with a BFA in Drama and a focus on Child and Adolescent Psychopathology. My background as an actor makes playtime super exciting, I'm always up for anything! My education in child psychology helps me understand the emotional and intellectual needs of the children I spend time with.

I love games, crafts, sports, imaginative play, singing, and reading! I have been babysitting since my early teens and have continued with childcare ever since. I have worked as a part-time pickup sitter and as an occasionally night-time sitter; I have transported children to and from school and activities, played in parks, tutored and helped with homework, helped with piano practice, bath time, prepared meals and snacks, and facilitated with bedtime.

I value fun and play and also safety and punctuality. I'm CPR/AED/First Aid certified. I love spending time with kids and helping parents in any way I can!

In 5 years, I hope to be...

A working actor. A tall order, I know, but I dream big. I hope to be working in theatre, TV, and/or movies and perhaps also working with children in the arts as a day job as a teacher or drama therapist!

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children...

I love imagination time, and I'm always ready to pretend to be any animal or monster or superhero! I love games, board games especially, but really any kind, and love playing games with kids. I'm also very crafty and love working on art projects with children. I'm a singer as well and know basic music theory, so I love to help kids learn songs or music on the piano. Homework help can be challenging, but when a child understands a concept that we have been working on, it's the most rewarding feeling.
