About me

I have worked as a nanny with kids in the age range of 18 months to 13 years old. Growing up, I volunteered in the children's nursery at my church. In high school, I taught a musical theatre class to first and second graders. I have worked with lots of brothers and sisters, including twins.

I love to work with kids because they are so creative, curious, and enthusiastic. I think children should have a lot of time to explore outdoors and to use their imaginations. I love to read and tell stories to the kids I babysit. I also take them out to the awesome art and nature museums that New York City has! I also make sure to spend time outside in parks and on walks.

I love to draw and paint, sing, cook healthy meals, direct theatre and film, take photographs, and to write. I love when I work with kids who also have creative interests! I love to play music with my friends and I want to be a children's author, stage director and a filmmaker.

I also love to travel and am a citizen of the United Kingdom. With my most recent job, I traveled with the family and also went to the Hamptons. The summer of 2014 I worked as a photographer for a Social Enterprise based out of Austin, Texas, and the summer before that I worked as a nanny in Paris, France. I also went on holiday with this family later in the summer, so I'm comfortable traveling as a nanny!

I will be attending Hunter College for creative writing, film, and painting Spring of 2018!
