About me

I have a degree in theatre and a degree in visual art, and I am passionate about creative learning. I love arts and crafts, music, sewing and knitting, reading stories, and theatre games. I play violin at an advanced level and can offer violin lessons as well if that's an interest of the child. I was always a straight-A student and can help with homework or tutor if necessary. I also love taking kids to museums, parks, and children's shows. I worked in a children's theatre for four years and taught kids of all ages from preschool to teenagers. After graduating, I took what I had learned at the children's theatre into teaching theatre in an elementary school and middle school. I also have experience working at a children's science museum, where I would run exhibits and engage the kids and families with educational play. I love being a nanny because I am inspired by the creativity of children and want to be a meaningful part of their development.
