About me

I connect well with children aged 3 to 7. During my time as an assistant teacher, I especially enjoyed working with 3- to 4-year-olds because they’re at an exciting stage—able to communicate their needs but still requiring help with tasks. I loved guiding them through those moments and teaching at that age. Babysitting expanded my experience to 3- to 7-year-olds, who are more independent but retain a deep sense of curiosity. I find this age group so rewarding because they are eager to explore, ask questions, and soak up new experiences, whether through imaginative play or learning new concepts.

I have extensive experience working with children from infants to 7 years old, using my background as an assistant teacher, actor, and health coach to engage and support their development. My recent position involved caring for two children, ages 5 and 7, focusing on school pick-ups, evening activities, and bath time. This age group is also ideal for engaging in imaginative play—something I love bringing into my work as an actor. As an assistant teacher, I had the opportunity to work with children aged 0-4, but I particularly enjoyed working with 3-4-year-olds. Additionally, I babysat for another family that included ages 7, 6, 4, and 3. My role mainly focused on school pick-ups, evening activities, and bath time, as-well.

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children...

I love sharing activities with children that spark their creativity and imagination. As an actor and artist who creates worlds, I find so much joy in pretend play, where children naturally excel. Their day-to-day imagination is boundless, and it’s always inspiring to see how they engage with the world through play. As an experienced teacher, I also loved helping children develop foundational skills like understanding letters and language. Watching their confidence blossom as they grasp new concepts is such a rewarding experience. As a health coach, I prioritize the importance of movement and exercise. I introduce fun, active games to children that encourage them to stay physically engaged. Promoting movement is essential for their physical development, and I enjoy finding creative ways to incorporate it into our daily routine, whether it’s through outdoor play, sports, or dance.
