About me

I am originally from Honduras and Texas, but loving life in the Big Apple! I love being a nanny, childcare is something I’ve always been passionate about and felt called to. Coming from a big family, I always loved looking after my younger cousins, nieces, and nephews. I am dedicated to creating a safe and fun environment for children, making sure I am providing the best care possible in regards to the physical well-being of the child as well as nurturing their development. I would describe myself as an easygoing, patient, creative, adaptable, and fun person. It is my ultimate goal to keep children happy and give parents complete ease of mind that their child is in great hands. I’m excited about the opportunity to take the next step in my nanny career.

I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old and decided to pursue a nanny career after high school. I have professional experience with children ranging from 6 months old to 12 years old, and with multiple children at once. My experience includes facilitating school pickup and drop-off and driving children to various activities and outings. The bulk of my work has been with toddlers and infants, so I am very comfortable with all that caring for children of these ages entails, including knowing age-appropriate activities. My experience has also included helping with household tasks that pertain to the children such as laundry and cooking.

Toddlers and infants are my favorite to work with because I love seeing them experience so many new things for the first time and helping them learn about the world. They keep me on my toes but I have the most fun keeping up with them and seeing their personalities flourish.
