About me

Dear Family,
My name is Daphne Alexandra Mayo Sosa, I am 28 years old. I was born in Portland, Oregon. With Mexican/American citizenship; due to my father's work, I have lived in different places like Monterrey Mx. Dusseldorf, Germany. I like languages, playing basketball, cooking, decorating, going shopping, designing, traveling, and photography. I consider myself a cheerful, active, optimistic, empathetic, and responsible person, I like to achieve my dreams and help others.

In January 2021, I graduated as an architect with interior design, I like to appreciate the architecture of each country and their tastes in art.
Since I was a child one of my dreams was to take care of children from other countries, to know their culture, and learn from them. In the family I have several nephews and cousins that I have taken care of over the years, it is very easy for me to interact with children.

Currently, I have 3 years of experience in upstate New York, I taught them to go to the potty, words and phrases in Spanish, I think it is important that they get involved with another language and more at an early age. We read books, play with their toys, go for walks, family trips, meals, among others.

Regularly when my neighbors have commitments they usually call me to take care of their children, we make popcorn, watch children's movies, play board games, and put them to bed according to parent's specifications.
