About me
I grew up in Brooklyn, New York in a family of five siblings. We enjoyed each other's company. We are a close family. Growing up as a child, our parents would always take us to play outdoors in the playground, or to the pool, or we would stay inside and enjoy arts and crafts, especially at family events. Growing up, I enjoyed working as a babysitter for family members and friends. I attended Touro College and graduated with a Degree in Early Child Development. My first nanny position was with two little girls ages 2 yrs old and 6 yrs old. When I met their parents, I was working part-time at a kid's gym for families. I met so many nice families there. I simply love children and I enjoy helping them learn and grow at every stage of their young lives. I truly believe I am well-versed in working with all ages. My strengths as a nanny are that I am a very responsible, reliable, and a caring person. I am passionate about furthering my time in the nanny field so that I can continue doing what I love and broadening my experiences.
Why I'm a good fit: The experience I have working with children has ranged from babysitting multiple children to working as a nanny . I feel like I have a very wide and diverse experience working with children, from infants to toddler . I had a family that I worked with for a while, and their son was 4 months old . My responsibilities were changing diapers, feeding, and putting the child down for naps. I also did other duties, like laundry.
I have professional child care experience with...
- Infants
- Toddlers
- Preschoolers
- School-aged (K-5)
- Preteen
- Teenagers
- Twins
- Multiples
- Special Needs
In 5 years, I hope to be...
I envision myself having grown significantly within the nanny field. I see myself mastering the skills needed for my roles and developing new ones as I take on challenging projects. Ultimately, I aim to have a role where I can apply my experience and contribute more to reach more goals.
Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children...
Being a nanny I try to encourage positive strength and inventing new ideas to keep the children always proactive and teach them to reach their potential goals and never give up. I love to do outdoor activities that involve movement such as playing games, with other children. Teaching children how to ride bikes, roller skates, and scooters with safety gears.
