About me
I grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and attended the University of History and Anthropology. Before finishing my master's degree, I was hired by the same university to teach, where I taught for ten years before moving to the United States.
In the U.S., I decided to pursue my first passion: oriental medicine. This four-year journey culminated in a doctorate in combined Western and Eastern medicine. While studying, I also worked as a nanny, drawing on my love for babies and experience from my pediatric residency.
I believe I can be a great asset to young children, as I understand their needs and am familiar with their routines and well-being. I enjoy playing games and strive to make them as happy as possible. I try to apply the Maria Montessori method, promoting self-reliance, a love for learning, and a healthy respect for the rights of individuals. This method views a child as a whole being, integrating physical, emotional, and social aspects. Above all, I prioritize love, care, and order in my approach.
