About me

Hi, my name is Faith and I’ve lived in Hillside for over 10 years now. I have a younger sister and brother who are 10 and 11. I’ve spent many days playing with them including going to the park, various fairs, and museums. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. When I was younger, I enjoyed reading books, playing volleyball, and spending time outside. I’m a nursing student entering my final year and I plan on specializing in pediatrics which relates a lot to babysitting.
I’ve always babysat since I was young but it was only until my cousin advised me to try babysitting more seriously. I started working with my first family with a wonderful little girl who was 7 years old and I stayed with the family long term. I took on smaller babysitting jobs like helping with date nights and a few days. I have accumulated experience with different age groups with the youngest being 2 and the oldest around 12. I am BLS certified and have experience in pediatric clinical settings. I am comfortable with cooking small meals, homework help, going on walks, and to the park.
I have a way of making children feel comfortable with me. I want to make the children feel like they are not with an adult but with someone they can relate to and play with. I want to feel like part of the family and make everyone as confident as possible with me as their babysitter.
