About me

I moved to the U.S. at age five and grew up in Texas as the eldest of three, developing a love for sports, especially soccer. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology and a specialization in Disability Studies, I coached youth soccer in Texas, played soccer for a women's club in France, taught English, and worked as a personal trainer in New York City, in addition to working as a nanny. Now, I'm looking for my next great nanny family!

I bring a unique understanding of child development and physical education to childcare, having worked with children aged 3 to 15 in diverse environments, outside of my work as an in-home childcare provider. As a middle school English teacher in France, I crafted tailored lesson plans to boost language acquisition and communication confidence. I’ve coached children in various sports, including biking, running, soccer, and yoga. From empowering children as young as 4 years old to confidently ride bikes to coaching young runners in improving endurance and strength, I've dedicated myself to instilling a love for active lifestyles and fostering physical literacy among children of all ages. As a nanny, I managed to care for two boys, aged 6 and 8, overseeing school pickups, extracurricular activities, sports practices, and the family dog, while facilitating routines and organizing playdates. For another family, I managed household tasks and cared for three children aged 9, 11, and 14. Throughout college and my time in New York, I have been a babysitter for multiple private families, providing short-term childcare for over 10 families, accommodating weekends and evenings, and managing recreational outings, transportation logistics, pool activities, social events, meal preparation, and bedtime routines for school-aged children ranging from 3 to 12 years old.

A quote that I relate to, in my approach to childcare is: “Every child is a different kind of flower, and all together make this world a beautiful garden.” My approach is to nurture each child’s unique potential, appreciating their diversity as an essential element of our shared experience. I want to create a supportive environment where children can blossom into confident, compassionate individuals who embrace their individuality and positively impact the world.
