About me

Hi, my name is Laura Ocampo and I am 27 years old. I've been a nanny for over 9 years. I specialize in caring for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old. I have worked in Bergen County, New Jersey but I am looking to branch out to the greater Tri-State Area, focusing on a 25-mile radius of the George Washington Bridge.

Being a nanny for me, means growing with your family while simultaneously remaining professional. Whether that means full-time, part-time, occasional, or temporary, I am available for care. I am very flexible when it comes to situations such as running late, needing an errand run, or any sitter-related emergency. I strive to provide a safe environment for your child, family, and household. Whether it's to help with meal prep, laundry, tidying up, or just spending a few hours of fun with your child, I can be that person for you. My favorite part about being a nanny is able to assist your child in reaching many milestones. Reaching milestones can look different for every child and is unique to their development. Communication plays a major role in allowing children to feel they have a safe space. I look forward to the opportunities that cross my path, big or small. Looking forward to hearing from you!
