About me

I grew up in South Florida with an amazing little sister and mom, and an elementary school principal dad! I've always been super active and artistic, surrounded by teaching and music. I performed at a theatre in my hometown for years as a child and then worked as a kids camp counselor there, while I continued to perform, all throughout high school. I was always hardworking and dedicated to school and my passions. I graduated with my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Florida State University in Spring of 2023 and now I'm living in New York auditioning and pursuing a creative lifestyle full of love and art!

I've always been surrounded by kids and I've babysat since I was 15. I worked at Next Stop Broadway theatre camp as a counselor, with a co-counselor, starting at age 15 until age 20, where I would be in charge of a full day of activity for a group of 30 kids, keeping them safe, acting, music, art class, dance class, lunch, and I would choreograph and sing with them. I always created strong bonds with these kids and there were multiple families- a 6 year old girl, 7 year old girl, a 10 yr old girl and a 6 year old boy, and a 7 year old boy and 5 year old boy- who I babysat for outside of camp. At camp I worked with children of all ages and I found a passion for supporting kids as they grow. I love to play pretend of all kinds, read stories, and play with toys- I am a super bubbly, sweet, playful person who works very well with children. I am super creative in life and in my teaching styles. I babysat for a 10 month old girl multiple times in high school- fed her, put her to sleep and changed her diaper. At Florida State University in Tallahassee, I worked at Making Light productions where I taught voice, acting, songwriting, piano, guitar and ukulele to kids age 4-15. I would teach private lessons as well as a group class for 4-7 year olds and I was also a camp counselor for the summer camps for all ages. I worked with a lot of kids with special needs and I continued to create safe spaces for and strong bonds with my students who would inspire me and teach me daily. I admire so much their curiosity, love, and outlook on the world. Since moving to New York, I was a part-time babysitter for an 8 year old girl in Greenwich Village for 5 months- I would pick her up from school, take her to her afterschool activities like ice skating, fashion school, tutoring, get her dinner, get her home, help her with homework, play with her, some nights I would stay late and put her to bed. I would also babysit for another family with a 4 year old girl, 8 year old girl, and a 7 year old boy. Take them to the park, feed them, take them to the playrooms, play piano with them, and put them to bed. I also teach piano, guitar, ukulele, and songwriting lessons to kids age 3-10 in New York since moving here. I am very much surrounded by kids and it's my favorite! I am CPR certified, responsible and trustworthy with lots of different childcare experience.

I am an artist at heart, a musician, actor, painter, writer, and I also love to run and be active! I love nature and learning new things. I am super loving, kind-hearted, down to earth, kids remind me how beautiful it is and how lucky we are to have feelings and to express them. I am a good listener, patient, respectful, and fair. I love to be a part of children's lives supporting them, inspiring them, learning from them, teaching them, and creating a happy and safe environment for them :)
