About me

Hello my name is Tracy and I am originally from Texas born and raised, but first generation Nigerian. I am one of 5 children in my family and I have a twin sister named Stacy, who also works with children. Growing up I loved singing, sports, interacting with friends, etc. I have worked with children for about 20 years and it has been a labor of love and a rewarding livelihood for me all of these years. I have extensive experience working with toddlers, pre-schoolers, school-age children, preteens, and teens. My experience includes being a live-in nanny, home manager, traveling nanny, nanny, and family assistant. I also taught in childcare centers, special needs and special education + behavioral schools with neurodivergent children, residential treatment centers, and group homes for school-age children through teens. I am trained in crisis and behavioral intervention, life skills for school-age children, preteens, and teens, administering medication, CPR, and First-Aid certified. I have experience working with multiples and twins, I also have a twin sister. I know some American Sign Language and some Italian. Traveling and exploring are huge passions of mine. have extensive experience traveling throughout Europe to over 20+ countries traveling for up to 3 months at a time and teaching English specifically in Turin Italy, Berlin Germany, and Barcelona/Catalonia Spain. I have also traveled domestically and internationally with families. I also love cooking, playing sports, singing and dancing, style and fashion, and learning new things. I enjoy providing a fun and safe environment for the children/children/pre-teens/teenagers I am caring for. I hope to be of service to a loving family.
