About me

Hi! I grew up in the small town of Edwardsville, Illinois. It's a couple hours out of Chicago. I am the oldest of 2. I have a younger brother who just recently turned 16. I grew up going through phases of just about every sport you can imagine, eventually landing on cheerleading. I was a cheerleader up until my 8th grade year of middle school. I am in online college, going for a degree in computer science to eventually be a software engineer. Hoping to graduate in 2026!!

I have always adored kids, ever since I was little. The daycare I went to as a child saw how much I loved interacting with the infants, so they let me into the newborn nursery. I thought I was the coolest little girl. My aunt and uncle had twin babies, boy and girl, when I was 9 and I was constantly begging to babysit and be around them as much as possible. Throughout high school, I babysat as much as I could, was a summertime swim instructor for a year, and eventually ending up at a in-home daycare. The ages at the daycare ranged from infant to 5 years old. My responsibilities included making sure the newborns were fed, changed, swaddled, sleep. While simultaneously having the "big kids" prepped for play time, snack time, nap time, learning time, potty training, and pickup. From here, I ended up being an as needed nanny for one of the families at the daycare, until eventually they were old enough they did not need me anymore. I looked after two boys, aged 2 and 4.for about a year- with very similar responsibilities as the daycare, plus making sure they were ready for bed, as well as taking them to extracurricular activities. I started working a very similar job a year later, as a live-out nanny for a 4 year old girl. I had the same responsibilities, as well as getting her ready for any modeling or pageant gig that she had booked for that time period. She is a whole lot of fun and I only recently stopped watching her because I moved to New York.

"That's the way the world changes sweetheart..good people raising their babies right" is something my aunt has always told me. It's something that has been drilled in my mind. It is out responsibility to love and nurture the tiny humans!

In 5 years, I hope to be...

It's been my dream since I was little to be a mom, so I hope to have found someone to settle down with and give me that title. I also hope to be a successful software engineer, and maybe even travel the world.

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children...

art, I love seeing what kids can come up with just using their imagination. its a gift I think most adults forget about. I love being in the water with the littles, watching them gain confidence in the water and being proud of themselves is beautiful. I love to teach, in any aspect.. I just love watching the kiddos realize they can do exactly what they put their minds too. Their dreams are never too big!
