About me

I am from Charlotte, North Carolina and have lived in NYC for seven years! I fell in love with theater and dance as a child and wanted to be immersed as much as I can in those creative fields. I have a BFA in Dance Performance from East Carolina University and moved to New York to pursue being an artist upon graduation. My time in the big apple has been so fruitful exploring the arenas of acting and dancing, teaching, choreographing, and performing. I love to use my athleticism to keep everyone on their toes. Having a healthy outlet to express yourself is something I encourage and nurture for all of the kids I have nannied.

I have worked with three private families for the past seven years. Working closely with each family to create a unique game plan for them and their children. Their ages range from 4-13. My responsibilities have varied from playing dress up, having dance parties, making forts, baking cupcakes, to staying overnight and assistant with morning routines and getting everyone to school, supervising and organizing playdates, making appointments, managing schedules, overseeing homework, grocery shopping, deep cleaning and being emotionally supportive during tough times.

I love working with kids because I enjoy watching them grow and develop into the best person they can be! I want to support discovery, joy, and building those amazing fundamental memories that will help guide them through life. Encouraging a passion, such as the arts, can foster a positive environment for safe expression. My approach is to be silly and have fun while getting everything that needs to get done, done. I am certain I have a magical balance with this!
