About me

I am the last of 10 kids, and grew up on a Caribbean island that is home to a drive-in volcano, and one of the most sought out vacation paradise. Since graduating from High School I have gravitated towards careers in the "Caring" field. I have worked as a teacher, paramedic, firefighter, child care provider, and professional dementia caregiver. As stated, all of these professions demonstrate my capability to work in a field where I can provide care for others.

I have worked with children since 2000, ages ranging from 0 to 10 years old. My responsibilities included; introducing feeding/nap schedules, changing diapers, and baths, arranging playdates, trips to libraries, playgrounds, museums, and classes, and preparing meals.
I am Montessori trained, A Newborn Care Specialist (Cached Certified), with experience in baby-led weaning, and a Nursing Assistant.

I have a calm demeanor and enjoy being just that! I like to say that I never really grew up and am just a big kid. Which means that I fit right in with other kids. I enjoy rolling all over the floor, jumping and crawling are as much fun to me. My mantra is - If you love what you do then you never have to work a day in your life, and this is exactly how see myself as a childcare professional. I LOVE WHAT I DO!
