Hailing from the vibrant city of Oakland, California, my childhood was a tapestry woven with the rhythm of diverse experiences. As the youngest of four siblings in a bustling household, I quickly learned to navigate the chaos with grace. Dance became my solace, a form of self-expression that I cherished during those formative years. Graduating from Island High School marked the beginning of my educational journey, leading me to pursue my passion for child development. I honed my skills at Saint Vincent's Day Home as a preschool teacher, a role where my affinity for children truly blossomed. The pursuit of a singing career post-graduation allowed me to explore the intersection of my artistic inclinations and my deep connection with children.
Over the years, my journey has woven through various childcare settings, from formal teaching roles at Saint Vincent's Day Home and the University of Mission Bay to substitute teaching at Childcare Careers. My experiences ranged from guiding preschoolers through their early educational milestones to adapting to the dynamic needs of different age groups. These experiences, coupled with my background as a singing artist, have instilled in me a unique perspective on fostering creativity and expression in children. As a preschool teacher, I brought the joy of music and movement into the classroom, creating an environment where children could not only learn but also thrive emotionally and artistically. My involvement in interior design and fashion reflects my commitment to creating aesthetically pleasing and stimulating spaces for children to grow and explore.
