About me

I grew up in a small village in Trinidad and Tobago. I am the last child of seven siblings. I love dancing, singing and traveling and spending time with my family. I graduated high school at St Augustine Senior Secondary in Trinidad and Tobago and further my studies in Manhattan New York where I received my Baby nurse certification.

I came to United States of America on a vacation and never returned to my birth land. I was introduced by my older sister who was living here and working in the Baby nurse and nanny industries. From there I never looked back.

As a last child of seven, I was brought up by my siblings and helped raise my niece s and nephews. I spent my high school’s years babysitting and teaching my nieces and nephews to obtain my allowance.

After receiving my Baby nurse certification I landed my first job as a baby nurse taking care of a newborn from birth to six months. My duties was 24hrs around the clock care for the baby.
Bottle feed, Breast feeding, cleaning and sterilization of the bottles, laundry for the baby, daily walks, singing, reading and stimulating baby, babies exercise and bath time. Logging all records and activities in a log book. After Baby nursing for a couple of years I transitioned to be a full time nanny.

My goals is to help children create a more loving and fun environment to explore and learn with their peers. I have read that the first five years of a child life is really important for their development and milestones. I believe if we nurture their minds at an early stage in life they will be happy and healthier little people.
