About me

Hello I'm Stacy have 10 years of experience working as Pre-K teacher, to in home nanny for 4 families. I used to hold Camp Aunt Stacy during the summer months for 7 kiddos aging from 18 months to 3 years old. We would take nature walks and pick up as many rocks and sticks as possible then turn them into art.
I have also volunteered as a CASA in the state of Arizona. I saw a need for children in the foster care system to have one stable and consistent adult in their life. I was lucky enough to see 4 siblings get adopted and grow into wonderful, healthy little people.
I have also worked in the behavioral health field. I have worked with a variety of ages as well as needs, from new born to 17 years old. Teaching coping skills and strategies for a variety of needs. I have wonderful card games to help kiddos expression their emotions while laughing and having fun.
I am comfortable with sleep training, potty training, as well as independent learning. My style is Montessori, I enjoy teaching children new skills and techniques from basic every day to how to identify emotions and how to regulate those emotions.
I also enjoy making every activity engaging for the children from store time to making lunch. I believe children's are just little people who need to be treated as such.
