About me

Hello there, my name is Sage! I’m a Pennsylvania native, who grew up in the Poconos and moved to the city for college, and have been here ever since. In college I studied Stage Management, receiving a B.A. with a minor in Arts and Entertainment Management. Since graduating in 2021 I made my Broadway Debut with the show 1776, and spent 6 months touring around the country with the same show. Now, I am back in the city full-time and am looking for something a little bit less demanding in the hours department and something more fulfilling in the day-to-day aspects.
My babysitting background truly began when I was a teenager, babysitting for kids in the neighborhood. I took my love of caring for children to Brooklyn when I was a college student looking for some extra money and met a few lovely families whom I’m still in touch with to this day. When I started nannying in Brooklyn the children I met ranged from a few months old, to 2/3 years old and capped at 5/6 years old; the most kids I have ever watched at once is 3, again hitting all those age marks. With these kids, my primary focus was picking them up from school and maintaining schedules/keeping them occupied until it was time for a bath and dinner. On occasion, I would stay with the younger ones while the older kids were at school, and that was really just maintaining nap and feeding schedules and keeping them busy. I also have experience traveling with families on their vacations and am CPR-certified.
Since moving to Harlem, and completing the 6 month tour, I am ready to jump back into child care. I think child care and assisting families bring out all of my valuable skill sets, management, and creativity.

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children...

Growing up I was apart of 4-H where I learned to sew and be crafty, I love to do hands-on crafts and things that.
