About me

I grew up in Berbice, Guyana in South America. I have one older brother who I love because it was always the two of us doing everything growing up. As a child, I enjoyed going on different adventures with my family. I graduated from two high schools at once, namely: Tutorial Academy (Public School) and School Of the Nation (Private School). I received a high school degree in different subject areas, but mostly studied business. After graduating high school, I became an Early Childhood Teacher and attended CPCE. I went there for one year then came to the United States of America. I chose to be an Early Childhood Teacher because of my love for children. After I came to this country, I expanded my love for kids and took a position as an Assistant Teacher at a daycare called "Talented Little Children 111". After that, I met with the Ekpo family where I spent more than 4 years being their nanny.
Being a Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and Nanny, I have worked with various age groups starting from 3 months old babies to 12 years old kids. I started in August 2019 and took care of two kids, a boy who was 6 months old and a girl who was 4 years old. The boy is now 4 years old and the girl is 8 years old. My responsibilities included preparing meals for the kids, laundry, light house cleaning, diaper changes, bath, homework assistance... basically everything that a traditional nanny would do, and more.
As mentioned before, I love adventures! This connects me with the love of children because most of them love adventures. I am aware that kids learn the most at a young age (2 years to 7 years old) so my mission is to bring the best out of them in order for them to become the most outstanding individuals possible.
