Hello! I'm a dedicated and experienced Childcare Educator/Nanny with over 20 years of nurturing young minds. Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I hold a strong educational background in Early Childhood Education, which has ignited my passion for providing exceptional care to children from newborns to 6-year-olds. My journey in childcare spans 18 years, during which I've honed my skills in creating a safe and enriching environment for children to explore the world around them.

My expertise goes beyond the early years, as I've had valuable paid experience caring for children up to the age of 12. This diverse experience has equipped me with the ability to adapt to different age groups and cater to their unique needs.

For the past year, I had the privilege of serving as a dedicated infant-led childcare provider in New York. I left this role earlier this month (11/23) to get back into nannying full-time. In this role, I've not only nurtured and guided children but have also embraced and implemented various teaching principles, such as Reggio Emilia and play-based learning, to create an engaging and stimulating atmosphere for young minds to flourish. While I've loved teaching, my passion for private nannying has led me here, in the hopes of finding my next long term nanny family!

My commitment extends to supporting families on their journey. I collaborate closely with parents to build routines, and structure, and foster essential skills in their children. Whether in private homes or preschool settings, I bring my passion for childcare, and I'm adept at assisting with child-related duties, cooking, bathing, and establishing daily routines.
