Hi there! I'm Mariah. I am an experienced childcare professional. Your child's safety and happiness are my top priority! I received my BFA from New York University, and I hold CPR, WSI (Water Safety Instructor), and lifeguarding certifications through the American Red Cross.

I've had the pleasure of working for numerous families as a part-time sitter and also as a full-time nanny, as well. Caring for children of all ages has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I cherish the bonds I've formed with each family I've worked with. Although I relocated, I still maintain wonderful relationships with each of them and see them whenever possible. They are truly like an extended family to me. When it comes to taking care of your family, I believe in fostering an environment that is FULL of joy, adventure, and curiosity. Nature, music, hands-on engagement, and sparking inspiration are at the heart of my approach. I strongly believe in nurturing a sense of mutual respect between myself and the children I care for. It's a teamwork sort of thing!

As an animal lover, I must mention that I grew up surrounded by pets, and have one of my own (my pup Maple says hi)! I'm comfortable with any furry (or scaly) family member. While I don't have access to my own car, I have a perfect driving record and have plenty of experience driving in the city.
