About me

I grew up in Stamford, CT as the middle child. I have one brother, one sister; and two incredible parents. As a child was an active figure skater on a competitive level from ages 5-18. Throughout High School, I was really into theater and spent summers working as a camp counselor and summer drama teacher.

This lead me to study at IONA University where I received a BA in Mass Communication, with a minor in Theater. I have traveled to many countries to teach English to children, and have also worked differently with Refugees in Dominican Republic providing health care support.
As an individual, I have also been passionate about helping people. It was this passion that lead me to be a daycare teacher for 5 years in a Montessori School and Bright Horizons.

I spent most of my early 20s babysitting and nannying families I met through Bright Horizons. During my senior year in college, I had a consistent after-school babysitting job with a family of two girls ages 2 and 5. Duties included picking the girls up from school, providing a snack, homework help, meal prepping, and putting the girls down for bed.
Currently, I work as an after-school babysitter for two children ages 8 -4 duties include, picking the girls up from school, providing a snack, homework help, meal prepping, and cleaning the kitchen. I also work with a 14-year-old providing primary transportation, Academic support, mentorship as needed, and meal prep.

Other professional experience includes but is not limited to 6 years of Geriatric Programming, and Public Health.
