About me

Hello I'm Ashley Hernandez. I graduated with my B.S. Science from York College of The City University of New York with a minor in education! I live in Astoria Queens. I'm born and raised in Queens. I love living in the city. I'm very use to the fast pace of things. I'm the youngest of three siblings. My brothers have between them 7 children. I've been around little ones for a long time. When attending college, I decided to get a job as a preschool assistant teacher. At the Preschool I worked with ages two all the way to four-year-olds. I have found that children really make me happy. After the daycare I decided to try nannying and instantly fell in love. I love being able to have a positive impact on a child's life. Still till this day I'm very close to all the families I've nannied for. I love being able to see them grow up and keep in touch after all these years. I have worked professionally with 5 families 2014 to 2023 with ages 1- 12. I have also traveled with families for summer months or for weekend help. I have a driving license for over 10 years. So, if driving is needed, I do feel confident to do so. I have over 10 years' experience in childcare. I can't wait to meet your family.
