About me

My name is Alina. I’m a 31-year-old working actress who graduated from Rutgers University. I have always loved kids and caring for them ever since I was young. Being in the theatre-world has given me very good people and communication skills; I have had some experience teaching children acting and theatre games. I received a lot of my babysitting experience early-on beginning at 13, during which time I babysat a 3-year-old and a 7-year-old for 3 years. After college, I nannied a sweet newborn until she was about 18 months, was the mother's personal assistant and did light housework for the family. I've been nannying specifically in the city since 2015 and take care of mostly elementary-school-aged kids of various ages as well as a number of infants, toddlers, and teenagers.
I was born in the city of Houston but was raised in the woodsy country right outside of the city. I am extremely knowledgeable about the outdoors, plants, creatures and am passionate about natural history, environmental science & the humanities. I am very knowledgeable in nutritional science, holistic methods of healing and am a proficient cook.
One of my favorite things to do with children is to read them books! I get to let my artistic creativity flow into each character. That, as well as arts & crafts and creative play. I love watching children grow and facilitating their development. Seeing things through a child's eyes revitalizes me, and the way they experience life is an actor's dreamworld.
