About me

When you meet me you will see I am a very happy loving person with a lot of love to give to the world. Although I love all people, in all honesty, children and the elderly are my favorite. Also, animals are my soft spot. I have always been passionate about working with children since I could remember for it has always come naturally to me. Anyone that I had the pleasure of working with or that knows me personally will tell you my love for children is unmatched. When it comes to my personal goals, I would love to open up a group home as well as a safe haven for animals. It's something I've wanted since I was a child, and in the next five years, I will obtain those goals. My family background wasn't all that great but I have made the best out of my situation and I would have to say that I have been very lucky. I didn't grow up in a traditional setting but I feel it has made me well-rounded and diverse! On the other hand, I chose to be a nanny because I feel like it's the perfect job for me! It allows me to not only use my Knowledge and experience with children but my personality as well. I feel that's a very important part of maintaining a successful, rewarding, long-lasting opportunity. I feel an obligation to be a part of making the world a better place and what better way to do it than to help the newer generation learn and grow? I feel like I could be used and appreciate it to my fullest potential. I have been serving in some form of childcare for over 12 years and can honestly say I Love what I do! I feel that children are the minds that we often underestimate. We can learn so much from them. They truly are our future and it's up to us to allow them to explore all possibilities and live up to their greatness! My goal as a Nanny is to make it impact on the children that I care for with knowledge, perspective, and an open mind. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am Motivated, dedicated, loving, optimistic, and honest. One thing that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would music! I use it as a soothing/sleep aid as well as educational engagement. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be respectful, considerate, supportive, and a team player! We are a team and together we got this !!!
