About me
Hello! I'm Jolleli and I've been a nanny in NYC for the past 6 years, I have experience with Newborns, Toddlers, Elementary school age, and multiple children. I’m a kind, compassionate, and caring person born and raised in Brooklyn. As the oldest of my siblings, caregiving has always been a part of my day-to-day. So, naturally, I turned to childcare as a profession back in 2019 and I’ve never looked back. My background caring for infants, toddlers, and youth started when I volunteered at my church's Sunday school and nursery. In college, I upgraded to working with private families. Since graduation, I’ve worked with a family as a Nanny and now their children are getting older and ready to head off to school full-time. I’ve been working in childcare for the last 6 years, and I'm CPR & First Aid certified. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading and taking long walks with my dog. I’m looking forward to finding the next family that I’ll be working with long-term. It’s important that we both feel we’re the right match for one another. I am so excited to meet your family and my hope in my time with you is to create a lasting impact through care, attention, and fun! Can’t wait to meet you!

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children...
I wholeheartedly believe kids will learn and grow only if they feel connected and loved. Children are like sponges ready to soak up new information and explore the world around them. I would like to help kids discover interests and passions by exposing them to new experiences like visiting museums, picking up books at the library and simply listening to their interests. Provide hands-on experience. Make learning fun and engaging by coming up with creative ways to teach them even the driest of subjects. Always show the kids support and encouragement and teach them that learning involves persistence practice, hard work, and many failures.
