About me

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I grew up in a humble home with my 5 siblings. I am a product of a very hard-working and resourceful environment. I have had very few jobs outside of childcare as my mother was very proactive about helping me and my siblings find summer jobs. Some of these include - camp counselor, Jr lifeguard, tutor, and trusty neighborhood babysitter. Throughout high school, I participated in everlasting athletic programs such as Track and Rugby. I traveled internationally while involved in these extracurricular activities and attest some of my well-rounded qualities to those experiences. After High-school, I went to a community college to attain an associate's Degree in Childhood education while working part-time as an after-school counselor and enrichment teacher. After Graduating with my AA degree, I went on to pursue a BA degree in Early Childhood Education at California State University, LA. While working for a small boutique Agency I switched career paths from wanting to pursue a job in teaching to pursuing a Career Nanny role instead.

My mission is to inspire change in the world through caretaking and teaching. I aim to prepare children to be independent thinkers and instill in them the desires, skills, and abilities necessary for lifelong learning. I look to impart empathy, diligence, and patience into the hearts of the children in my care, as I believe these 3 qualities are gateways to a better tomorrow. I'm passionate about caring for children and consider myself lucky to have found a career that allows me to explore that passion.

I possess extensive experience as a child caregiver for families in Los Angeles and New York City as well as in summer camp and elementary school settings. I consider myself to be a professionally educated nanny with more than 10 years of experience in various intensive childcare positions. I possess expertise in nurturing, guiding, teaching, disciplining, and providing loving care to children of all ages. I excel at remaining calm and composed in challenging situations while demonstrating superb active listening, organization, and communication skills.
