About me

My name is Magdalena and I am 28 years old. I'm from Poland. I speak Polish and English. I have dual citizenship. I came to New York in 2013. In Poland, I started my studies and I had one year of college early childhood education. Ever since I was a little girl, I always wanted to be a teacher. Besides, I love spending time with children and I have a passion for it. Unfortunately, I did not get my Early Childhood Education Degree, instead, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Services and Social Justice. I did not give up on the children and started working as a teacher's assistant in a private kindergarten, and then as a professional nanny/family helper/housekeeper. I have been working with children since 2014 and I like it. I describe myself as a caring and knowledgeable caregiver who has experience in keeping children safe while nurturing development with age-appropriate activities. I have Strong verbal and written communication skills, a structured nature, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict management. I am an organized and reliable candidate who deals with many priorities with a positive attitude. I love to travel and discover new things - I will be happy to travel with my family and help them during this time.
