About me

I have cared for children for four years now between the ages of newborn and grade school, but really I have been caring for children since I was 13 when my siblings were born. They are the reason I enjoy working with children, being around them always puts a smile on my face and that is always my main goal every day. I always enjoy doing fun activities with the children like science experiments, water parks, swimming, sports, and anything else their minds can imagine. I am very attentive and optimistic.
In my most recent position, I worked as a live-in nanny which was different from my last two positions as a babysitter. In this position, I had to drive the children around and perform other responsibilities which were new to me but I was able to adjust to the task at hand immediately. I also traveled with this family by plane, and on a road trip whenever they planned a trip. Other responsibilities included cooking, taking the children to doctor appointments, driving the children from San Diego to Los Angeles to visit family, and cleaning around the house. I also had to care for eczema and food allergies.
Children bring happiness, and joy into everyone's lives. We as adults are here to mold them into better beings and make sure that that happiness does not fade, and I feel that I have been doing a great job at this.
