About me

I grew up primarily in England but my family moved a lot so I've also lived in Connecticut, Nebraska, and Georgia. I am one of four children with two older brothers and a younger sister with whom I have very close relationships. I've always enjoyed sports, especially tennis, soccer, skiing, and watersports but I also like to spend my time reading, drawing, and painting. I graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor's degree in nursing and then moved to Atlanta where worked at Emory Healthcare for over three years specializing in labor and delivery while also working as a part-time nanny.

I have over ten years of child care experience including being a babysitter, part-time nanny, and full-time nanny. I was also a summer au pair in Spain and Germany. I have cared for children of all ages including infants. I am CPR and NRP certified. I am conversational in Spanish. I also have experience tutoring and coaching soccer and tennis.

I love every stage of child development and I am incredibly enthusiastic about childcare. I love to encourage children to be creative and active outdoors. While caring for children I like to emphasize limited screen time, outdoor learning, and discovery play.
