About me

Being the second oldest of five children, I’ve pretty much grown up babysitting! In addition to running around after my own siblings, I’ve been fortunate enough to take care of a number of families as either a part-time sitter, morning/after-school sitter, or a full-time summer nanny. My mother is also a Special Needs teacher, so I’ve been lucky enough to work with her students. (My mom teaches children around the fourth grade age with varying degrees of Autism). I love kids. They are true dreamers. It's an honor partnering with them in that – standing in agreement with them that they matter and that their dreams matter.

A lot of my experience in NYC has been helping families out after school. in the morning, or for a date night. The age ranges for these opportunities has spanned from infant to teenagers!

Most recently, I helped a family with three kids (2 girls and 1 boy, ages 4, 7 and 9) with their morning routines and after school activities. It was such a blast getting to be a part of their lives- getting them up and ready for school, as well as rooting them on in their after-school activities! It was also amazing to partner with their mom from time to time in going out on city adventures together. Additionally, I have enjoyed helping out a handful of families with infants ranging from 4 months to 7 months in age.

I graduated with a B.F.A in Musical Theatre and Dance, and I love bringing the arts alive in the lives of children! Dance parties, “Frozen” sing-a-longs, improv games for the whole family – I am so there. I’m also very active and can’t get enough of the outdoors! I love New York and so enjoy exploring it with the amazing kids who live here (and the ones who are visiting!).
