About me

Hello! My name is Madeline, I'm 20 years old and from Saint George, Utah. I have three younger sisters and have enjoyed being a role model for them my entire life. As a child, I loved dancing, singing, and arts & crafts. I am currently attending Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY for a Master's in Journalism. I will graduate in May 2023. I

I have worked with children for many years. Most recently, I worked as a full-time nanny for a family that had two children ages, eight and ten. I picked the kids up from school, drove them to extracurricular activities, made their meals, and played with them. This job lasted four months until I left for college. I have also worked part-time and on-call for a couple of other families with children ranging from twelve months to fifteen years old. I have experience and am comfortable working with all ages. I am also comfortable with cleaning, cooking, organizing, and running errands.

I absolutely love working with children! I have so much fun caring for them and playing with them. As the oldest child, it is my second nature to be responsible and ensure that the children are cared for and are having fun. I think it is important to understand how much individualized attention and care each child needs. I strive to only care for their physical needs but also to help them understand their emotional and social needs.
