About me

I grew up in the Caribbean Island Barbados. I come from a large family of 13 siblings. As a child my favorite thing to do was to go to the beach and climb the trees. I graduated from high school. After graduating I went into a web designing school. I started babysitting for a friend and fell in love taking care of children.

I have been a nanny, babysitter and caregiver for the past 20 years and more. I started with 2-year-old. My duties where at that time was taking him to music class, organizing play dates, making lunch and doing one on one with them such as doing academic activities such as, reading, teaching them their ABC's, counting, and teaching them their shapes and colors. I also have experience with new-born babies and my duties at that time were changing diapers, warming breast milk bottles, taking a stroll in the park, tummy time and also preparing the baby foods. As a mother, I come readily equipped with a motherly instinct and a nurturing nature. I'm currently seeking Monday- Thursday live-out position.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my family. As a nanny, my goals are to take exceptional care of the children that I'm working with, help them grow, build strong connections with the family, and have fun while doing it. I'm hard-working, kind, patient and honest, and I take pride in my work.
