About me

Hi, I'm Danielle! I am the youngest in a big Italian-American family, and I can't remember a time when I wasn't surrounded by children in my loving extended family. It was a joke among my cousins that at every gathering, you can count on dropping your kids with the built-in babysitter! Also, the proud fun aunt and "Fairy Godmother" of my sister's three beautiful children, my niece and nephews are my favorite people in the world. Our favorite activities include building snowmen, baking, and giving story time performances! Critics rave that "Aunt Danielle has funny voices for all the characters" and "we'd give her 5 stars...if we could count to 5 yet!"

I have lots of experience working with children: starting in traditional babysitting and nannying, teaching at performing arts summer camps, and privately coaching musical theatre at the high school level via Zoom. Once I moved to New York, I brought my Childcare experience to a new level, teaching Musical Theatre to grades K-5, being an After School Group Leader to 2nd Graders, and providing general Childcare for the Y Fitness Dept. My proudest achievement occurred in the summer of 2022, when I was proud to serve New Country Day Camp as the Theatre Program Supervisor. There, I created and executed an 11 week enrichment Theatre program for hundreds of children ages 4-14. I love sharing my passion for the performing arts with the next generation, and activity offerings with your child can include anything from ballet lessons to sing-alongs!

With my warm, outgoing personality, playful nature, and levelheaded demeanor, I really enjoy spending time with kids and find it an honor to be even a small part of their young lives. I look forward to the pleasure and the awesome responsibility of caring for your child.
