About me

Hi! I am Emily, I am a nanny and an art teacher I have been teaching for three years and nannying for over six years. My first long-term family was with a baby, he was three months old up until he was six years of age. I have seen him grow before my eyes and it’s been a wonderful experience. I am grateful to have found such wonderful families to help me gain the experience I have right now to have the privilege to be loved by all of the children that I have met and taken care of over the years. I am grateful to have been able to learn this through Max and many other children I have babysat since!

I grew up in Logan Square I have lived here all my life. As a child, I enjoyed reading books and being outside until dark. I loved to go to the park I loved to ride my bike, I love to skateboard, I love to use all the energy I had as a child- I was always running around!

I went to a military school for high school and I got my Art teaching certification at the art school where I used to teach fine art, right now I am pursuing my bachelor's in the fine arts and I have been getting hands on experience in childcare as a nanny and teacher.

I have utilized my experience in a classroom setting and in-home setting to help me become the best child coworker I can be I have over six years of experience and I love what I do!
