About me

Hi! My name is Corinne Davis and I am originally from Roanoke, Virginia but have been living in New York City for 6 years. At a young age, I learned that I love to sing and be creative. I grew up performing in Children's Theatre since I was a young girl. I went on to study Musical Theatre at Shenandoah Conservatory and received my Bachelor's of Fine Arts in 2014. From there, I went to work as an actor with connections to Signature Theatre in the Washington, DC area. While in the DC area, I worked for a lovely family based in Silver Spring. I realized I loved taking care of kids and decided that would be a part of my life going forward. After about 8 months in DC, it was time to move to NYC and start my production and recording artist career.

While in NYC I met the Marino Family on the UWS. I helped the mother with two boys who were 8 and 10 years old. I worked with them for 4 lovely years. I traveled to the Hamptons with them and on occasion helped out with their Grandmother on the UES. It was in this position that I learned I loved to nurture children. As the kids got older, I watched the way they saw the world change. Not only was I their sitter but I was also their friend. I still cherish the time I spent with this family. It should be noted that during this time I also helped out with many families on the UWS as an occasional sitter.

In 2019, I went on to take two jobs. At the start of the year, I became a temporary Executive Assistant. When this was over, I started my current position with Stacie. I took my skills from this position and helped Stacie not only be a Sitter to her two boys but a Personal Assistant as well. Stacie and her family hold a special place in my heart. They truly made me feel safe and welcomed. I hope to find a similar family like theirs going forward. I developed a close bond with the younger child Oliver that I feel will stay strong through the years to come.
