About me

Hi! My name is Victoria Hardy. I grew up in Vancouver, Washington, with my parents and five siblings. I am the third oldest, and I grew up helping take care of my baby siblings. I also babysat many families in my church and the neighborhood. I grew up singing, acting, and dancing. During high school, I started my business “Princesses by Victoria,” where I dress as a Disney princess and entertain at children’s birthday parties. I went to college in Utah at Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance in 2020. I moved to NYC a year ago to pursue a career as an actor.
During high school and college, I worked as a part-time babysitter and date night babysitter. I started teaching singing lessons in January 2018, and some of my students were 6, 7, and 9 years old. I taught each of those students for at least six months. I have been teaching classes to babies and toddlers from 8 months to 3 years old at Gymboree Play & Music. I am currently a nanny for kids ages 5 and 7 Monday through Thursday afternoons. I pick them up from the bus stop, take them to the park, give them snacks, do art projects, and play games with them. I speak fluent Spanish!!
I take childcare very seriously. I believe in teaching children how to deal with their emotions and effectively manage them. I love the kids I nanny, and I try to care for them with as much love and thoughtfulness as if they were my kids.
