About me

I find deep fulfillment in engaging with children of all ages, who are always smarter and more aware than many adults give them credit for. I love to ask them questions, inspire them to think about and analyze the world around them, and turn every day activities into learning opportunities. I enjoy discovering each child's unique personality, and providing what they need to thrive.

Outside of SmartSitting, I teach online courses in sociology and philosophy for a university. I have a Master's degree in women's studies, and continue to study and write in this field. These interests drive me to always build up a child's belief in themselves - whether they want to be an astronaut or ballerina.

If you choose to have me watch over your little one, you will see that above all, I am a loving and respectful caretaker whose first priority is the safety and happiness of the children I care for.
