About me

Hi there! My name is Lauren Elizabeth. I am 30 years old and I live in the heart of Wicker Park. I have one sibling, a younger sister, who is 5 years younger than me. I am a graduate of Lincoln Park High School (IB Program), received my Associate's Degree from Wright College, and am currently deciding what major to pursue for undergrad. I am deciding between Early Childhood Development, Child Psychology, NonProfit, or a Creative Degree (Fine Arts).

Over the last 10 years I have worked with children in a variety of settings (babysitting, camp counseling, homeschooling, nannying, teacher’s aide, social work/non-profit outreach, and some special ed autism focused work). I genuinely enjoy interacting with them, and those who know me tell me I have a gift with little ones. I am CPR certified, speak fluent Spanish and intermediate French, and am fully vaccinated.

I am a strong reader, writer, and creative, and all of this makes it easy to work with kids and have fun. Summer is my favorite, I love doing outdoor activities, cooking, working out, traveling, and exploring. I also have a passion for the creative arts, music, dance, theater, culinary, and creative writing give life so much color.
