About me

My name is Moniqué Warren a native of Los Angeles, California. I moved to New York in July 2015 to pursue a career in Acting. I am the only child who was raised in a single parent household. Growing up and even now in my adulthood I love singing, dancing, acting, playing sports, nature, and hanging with my family and friends. I attended San Jose State University where I studied Theatre Arts with training in Musical Theatre and Children's Theatre. Since graduating in 2009 i have been pursuing my career goals alongside babysitting.


I started babysitting family friends children at the age of 12 for about 2-4 hours. Since being in New York I have babysat for various families. Im currently working part-time with a family and their young girl for two years now. In the past I’ve worked part-time with one family for 6 years. I started when they were 4 and 7. My responsibilities consist of picking up from school, help with homework/projects, set up play dates, play games both educational and non educational, play in the park, fun outings, take and pick up from activities, prepare snacks, dinner, and make sure they are ready for bed and the next day before parents arrive home. On occasion I do work with other families as needed for date night or special occasions. Ages ranging from 2months-11years old. Outside of babysitting I’ve worked with special needs children ages 2-5 as a teacher/teachers assistant for 2-3 years in California. Most of the children I worked with were Autistic, Down syndrome, as well as those with speech and physical needs. While with the children I work alongside the family in meeting their personal IEP goals. From their personal services, assisting as co-teacher, to singing/dancing, redirecting, and being very attentive to each of their needs. All while having a safe environment for everyone in and outside of the class.


I am a very compassionate person with a big kid heart. I love to have fun! Outside of performing, children have a special place in my heart. I believe children are our future and every child I come in contact with I hope to help and watch them grow into their future with love.
