About me

I grew up in Western Massachusetts where I was an only child with a beautiful upbringing. As an only child, I developed a wide imagination and would create stories with all my stuffed animals which turned into a love for theater and puppetry. Almost every day after school, I would go to a community theater rehearsal and after I graduated high school, I attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts where I gained my BFA in Drama. Since then, I've been drawn to children's entertainment. I work for children's parties and events, I do educational theater and I also have my very own musical puppet show for kids! So needless to say, I love kids! I love spending time with them because I find them to be so inspirational and pure joy.

I've worked with kids for about 9 years now starting back in high school when I worked for summer camps. One camp was a camp for kids with special needs so I have a lot of experience working with this population. I have a lot of babysitting experience as well. I've worked for families in New York, Maine and Massachusetts. One of my most recent jobs included a family in the West Village of Manhattan where I entertained the two kids ages 1 and 2, helped with household chores and meal prep, took them to the playground and to their classes and appointments. I've been a part-time babysitter, date night sitter, acting teacher and camp counselor for children ranging from 1-12. I'm known for being musical and playful so I always bring a lot of fun and life into any job I take on.

Over all, I am dedicating my career and life's work to enriching the lives of children. I am basically a big kid myself and so enjoy bringing positivity and light into any household. I'm also a major crafter so bring on the glue and the finger painting! I am dedicated to keeping a smile on your kid's face and filling their day with art, music and love.

In 5 years, I hope to be...

at a point where my show has developed enough to be my main source of income! I would also probably be thinking about having a kid of my own by that time. But as long as I am happy and artistically fulfilled, I will consider myself to be successful.

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children...

Arts and crafts, singing, dancing, puppetry, reading, writing, creating stories, theater and caring for one another. I also love gardening and plants!
