About me

My name is Cecilia and I was born and raised in Chicago, IL. I enjoyed being outdoors, reading, and arts ands crafts as a child. I feel these activities I did as a child has helped me as a nanny and I enjoy implementing them in my work. Whether going on walks and trips to the park or creating lasting memorable crafts for grandparents I enjoy engaging with children and expanding their talents. I speak two languages and know some sign language that I like to incorporate as a nanny to better help the children communicate b

As the middle child of six children, I helped my mother care for my younger siblings. Caring for my youngest brother has persuaded me into working with children and becoming a nanny. I began working at a Montessori school while attending college. I have a Bachelors in History from Northeastern Illinois University and wish to continue my education further but that has yet to be determined.

Working in schools and daycares has allowed me to build strong everlasting relationships with families so much that I wanted to work closely as a nanny. I feel the individual care provides a stronger bond to truly care for children. I love working as part of a family and helping them grow and shares lasting memories. I hope to continue creating everlasting memories.
