About me
Hi, my name is Courtney Phillips! I grew up in a small town called Channahon Illinois. Being in a small town there wasn’t always a lot to do! I spent most of my time playing sports outside with my brothers, which resulted in me developing a love for soccer, white I played competitively until the end of high school!
I am currently attending Northern Illinois University, where I hope to earn a degree in elementary education! In the past I’ve had the opportunity to be employed at a daycare, which allowed me to gain plenty of experience with a variety of age groups. Growing up I would also spend a lot of my time babysitting for the adults who needed someone to look after their kids, whether it was after school care, or a weekend date night. I also had the opportunity to assist in e-learning for a third grader, helping with online school during the day, so I’ve spent a lot of time this past year getting familiar with that system.
I myself love doing outside activities, whether it’s going to the park, or on a bike ride. If the weather is nice then that’s where I am! I also love making crafts, watching Disney movies, and just about anything else! I am very easy going, and connect with children very well.
I have professional child care experience with...
Infants
Toddlers
