About me

My name is Toni and I grew up in Kansas City Missouri. I grew up the oldest of three kids and learned to become a provider and homemaker very young. I graduated from Northeast high school and began working with kids as a tutor when I was 15. I continued on with part time babysitting and continued on gaining a little of every experience with children ages 0-17. I have military experience which has taught me to be organized and structured but also having the ability to be adaptable in any situation.

I have worked with children in every age range. I have experience in home settings as well as facilities. I’ve worked with children with special needs including, behavioral, autism, mood disorders, hyperactive, and many more. I have been a part time babysitter, full time Sitter, live in and live out nanny and worked in facility settings as well. I am capable of every homemaker skill and also willing to learn and follow instructions from parents. I believe it is important to have a good balance between structure and flexibility to allow children to become themselves and grow into amazing little beings. I have learned infant, child and adult cpr. I am the MOST patient person I or anyone else knows and that allows me to navigate situations with the calmness children need.

What makes me best for caring for your children is the fact that I’m patient, fun loving, structured yet flexible, understanding and natural nurturing. I was made to be a provider and nurturer and it’s something that I’m good at. I am a bit of a shy person but with children I’m able to be bubbly and outgoing and lead them to explore their imagination. Children naturally gravitate towards me and I have no issues getting down eye level with them and playing any of their games. In choosing me you will be choosing a trusting adult who has your children’s best interest and growth at heart. You can be confident that your child/children will have a great time with me. You can be confident that your children are safe and sound with me and I’ll always keep you in the loop with your children as organization and communication will always be there to bridge the gap between me and the family.
