About me

I grew up in the mountains of Northern California with three sisters. I traveled with my family once a year starting at 9 years old. I had found my new love of travel and learned what hard work was needed to accomplish it. I found my first job as a “mommies” helper for a family in the neighborhood at 12. Which grew my two loves and passion in life, childcare and travel. At 18, I moved to San Diego on my own and ultimately found my first long term nanny family at 21.
   
Leading my quest to community college courses to better my knowledge and expanding my career in Early Childhood Education. After a few years, I wanted to add my passions together and embarked on my first travel abroad solo to Australia as an aupair. There I was able to experience a wonderful family in Sydney for the year. I got to embrace the culture, live while pushing my own boundaries being so far from home. I made lifelong friends, got lost in the blue mountains, and conquered my fear of heights with skydiving.
   
Now years later, I can say I have had the pleasure of having Mickey Mouse as my boss while working on Disney Cruise Line for a year. Working at the Ritz Carlton in Grand Cayman as a water-sports attendant and getting the joy of teaching sailing lessons on Hobie waves. With occasional swimming and snorkeling lessons too.
   
I have worked with all ages including twins, infant, adolescence, and preteen. I have experience in on call respite nanny care; working mostly with autistic children. I have accomplished over 24 credits in Early Childhood Education. With my experiences I have held the title of kids club supervisor, teacher, personal assistant and nanny.
   
I have helped with feeding children, manners, how to dress, potty training, extra curricular schedules, pick ups, play date scheduling, to personal assistant work, driving, travel, keeping house clean with light duties and meal prep. I am very adaptable, empathetic, loving, caring, organized and thorough.
